Lamb Meatballs
Ingredients
- 2 lb ground lamb 
- 1 egg 
- 2 tbsp avocado or olive oil 
- 1 tbsp salt 
- 1 tsp pepper 
- 1 tsp garlic powder 
- 1 tsp onion powder 
- 1 tsp coriander 
Method
- Preheat your oven to 375°F and line a sheet tray with foil and/or parchment. Set aside. 
- In a large bowl add in the ground lamb, egg, spices, and avocado oil. Use your hands or a rubber spatula to combine thoroughly until everything is evenly distributed. 
- Use an ice cream scoop to scoop out 15 evenly sized meatballs. Roll and place onto the prepared sheet tray. 
- Place the meatballs into the preheated oven for 20-22 minutes or until an internal temp of around 145°F-150°F. Remove the meatballs from the oven and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving with naan, tzatziki, lemony onions, and feta. Enjoy!
